These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DriveNest, a mobile application developed and published by Falcon Drive Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using DriveNest, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
DriveNest is an Android application that analyzes your cloud storage. It provides visualization of folder hierarchies, duplicate file detection, security auditing of sharing permissions, cleanup actions, and storage trend tracking. It works with Google Drive, and — in DriveNest v2, currently in open testing — with OneDrive.
DriveNest builds its analysis from metadata only (file names, sizes, dates, types, folder structure, content hashes where available, and sharing permissions) and never reads the contents of your files. On Google Drive it uses read-only access (drive.metadata.readonly) via the Google Drive API and cannot modify or delete anything. On OneDrive it connects via the Microsoft Graph API and can additionally carry out the cleanup, unshare, and revision actions you explicitly approve in the app (see Section 5); it never changes anything without your confirmation.
DriveNest requires a Google account (for Google Drive) or a Microsoft account (for OneDrive) to access your storage metadata. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. DriveNest does not store your password.
You may revoke DriveNest's access at any time through your Google Account permissions or your Microsoft account app permissions.
DriveNest offers a free tier with limited functionality. The free tier scans up to 20% of discovered files (capped at 2,000 files) with a cooldown between scans. No payment or credit card is required.

Prices are set per country/region and displayed in your local currency within the app and on Google Play. Prices may change; existing subscribers are notified of price changes in advance per Google Play policy.
Refunds for purchases and subscriptions are handled by Google Play per their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
All scan data is stored locally on your device. DriveNest has no backend server, sends no telemetry, and collects no analytics. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Scan backups are encrypted with AES-256-CBC when exported. Backup files use the proprietary .dnbk format.
How DriveNest carries out a cleanup (trashing files), unshare (revoking permissions), or revision action depends on the cloud:
Google Drive. DriveNest generates Google Apps Script, Bash, and PowerShell scripts that you review and run yourself. DriveNest does not execute them for you.
OneDrive (DriveNest v2, currently in open testing). Because OneDrive has no Apps Script equivalent, DriveNest can execute the cleanup, unshare, and revision actions you approve directly in the app. Each action is shown to you for review and runs only when you confirm it; nothing executes automatically or in the background.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any action before it runs. Cleanup moves files to the provider's trash or recycle bin, where a recovery window applies, and an undo function is included for generated scripts — but we are not liable for data loss resulting from scripts you run or in-app actions you approve.
Auto-cleanup deployment (Ultimate subscription) applies to Google Drive: after scheduled scans it deploys scripts to your Google Apps Script account automatically, but does not execute them. You must manually run the deployed script.
DriveNest, its design, code, documentation, and website content are the intellectual property of Falcon Drive Labs. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app or any part of it.
Your cloud storage data remains your property at all times. DriveNest claims no rights over your data.
DriveNest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that analysis results will be complete or accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Falcon Drive Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of DriveNest, including but not limited to data loss, storage issues, or unintended file deletion or sharing changes resulting from generated scripts or from in-app actions you approve.
DriveNest integrates with Google services (Google Drive API, Google Apps Script, Google Sign-In) and, for OneDrive, with Microsoft services (Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Sign-In). Your use of these services is governed by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and by the Microsoft Services Agreement and Microsoft Privacy Statement.
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play. Your use of Google Play is governed by the Google Play Terms of Service.
You may stop using DriveNest at any time by uninstalling the app and revoking access from your Google and/or Microsoft account. We reserve the right to discontinue the app or any of its features at any time without prior notice.
Upon discontinuation, perpetual purchases remain functional for the installed version. Subscriptions will not be renewed.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of DriveNest after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hungary.
