These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DriveNest, a mobile application developed and published by Falcon Drive Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using DriveNest, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
DriveNest is an Android application that analyzes your Google Drive storage. It provides visualization of folder hierarchies, duplicate file detection, security auditing of sharing permissions, cleanup script generation, and storage trend tracking.
DriveNest accesses your Google Drive metadata (file names, sizes, dates, MIME types, folder structure, MD5 checksums, and sharing permissions) via the Google Drive API using read-only access (drive.metadata.readonly). DriveNest does not read, modify, or delete your file contents.
DriveNest requires a Google account to access your Drive metadata. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials. DriveNest does not store your Google password.
You may revoke DriveNest's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account permissions.
DriveNest offers a free tier with limited functionality. The free tier scans up to 20% of discovered files (capped at 2,000 files) with a cooldown between scans. No payment or credit card is required.

Prices are set per country/region and displayed in your local currency within the app and on Google Play. Prices may change; existing subscribers are notified of price changes in advance per Google Play policy.
Refunds for purchases and subscriptions are handled by Google Play per their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
All scan data is stored locally on your device. DriveNest has no backend server, sends no telemetry, and collects no analytics. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Scan backups are encrypted with AES-256-CBC when exported. Backup files use the proprietary .dnbk format.
DriveNest generates Google Apps Script, Bash, and PowerShell scripts for cleanup (trashing files) and unsharing (revoking permissions). These scripts are provided for your review before execution.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and running any generated script. DriveNest provides an undo function in cleanup scripts, and files are moved to Google Drive Trash (30-day recovery), but we are not liable for data loss resulting from script execution.
Auto-cleanup deployment (Ultimate subscription) deploys scripts to your Google Apps Script account automatically after scheduled scans, but does not execute them. You must manually run the deployed script.
DriveNest, its design, code, documentation, and website content are the intellectual property of Falcon Drive Labs. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app or any part of it.
Your Google Drive data remains your property at all times. DriveNest claims no rights over your data.
DriveNest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that analysis results will be complete or accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Falcon Drive Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of DriveNest, including but not limited to data loss, storage issues, or unintended file deletion resulting from generated scripts.
DriveNest integrates with Google services (Google Drive API, Google Apps Script, Google Sign-In). Your use of these services is governed by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play. Your use of Google Play is governed by the Google Play Terms of Service.
You may stop using DriveNest at any time by uninstalling the app and revoking Google account access. We reserve the right to discontinue the app or any of its features at any time without prior notice.
Upon discontinuation, perpetual purchases remain functional for the installed version. Subscriptions will not be renewed.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of DriveNest after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hungary.
